These two fellas were up there in my absolute faves of 2022, even though they were meant to marry in 2020…then 2021…the joys of Covid!

Despite the challenges thrown their way, these remarkable individuals triumphed over the obstacles and celebrated their union in a breathtaking ceremony at The George Ballroom in St Kilda, Victoria.

HOW THEY MET

Before their inaugural meeting, both protagonists were very career-focussed - verging on workaholics.

They met the day Luc took the managerial job at Tiffanies, Chadstone, where Alister was already gainfully employed.

They got along immediately and as time progressed, Luc realised he had a crush on Alister.

WHAT THEY LOVE ABOUT EACH OTHER

Luc thinks Alister is smart, kind, funny, charming, charismatic, cheeky, selfless and always puts others first, a total hottie and completely out of his league!

He also dig’s his amazing smile, positive energy and sharp, sharp wit.

He says Ali knows how to cheer you up, crack you up, and has a fabulous knack for making everyone around him feel amazing.

Ali digs Luc’s smile and his eyes. He says the way Luc smiles at him makes him feel as if he’s the only and most important person in the world. He also loves how structured Luc is and the way he thinks through every detail.
Ali definitely needed that in his life!

He loves that Luc puts him first, and the way he winks at him, and when they cuddle up at night, he fits perfectly in Luc’s shoulder (a place he calls the nook) and it's like their bodies just click perfectly into place.

As far as the future, both are looking forward to going on more adventures, creating memories, continuing to build a fabulous life together full of love, travel, fun and plenty of laughter along the way.
